From the south follow the A41 or A49 to the roundabout at Prees Heath where they merge at a roundabout. Follow the dual carriageway (Heath Road) signposted Whitchurch. Approaching the next roundabout use the right lane signposted B5395 and take the second exit signposted Whitchurch. At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Newcastle A525. At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Ash, Ightfield, Calverhall. After 1.5km reach Ash. Proceed through the village. At the White Lion turn left along Church Lane. After 1km enter the church car park on the right. The Nature Reserve is 200m further along this road.
